Based on the "Shipping Address Option" Custom Data Collection, the rest of checkout is set up accordingly:

If the user selects "Ship to Headquarters - No Shipping Charge":
- Shipping address defaults to 9777 Ridge Drive, Lenexa, KS 66219 - this is hard coded, so if this needs to change you will need to contact us.
- Shipping method is automatically selected as "FREE" and UPS is hidden
- Shipping address fields are hidden apart from first name, last name, email, phone
If the user selects "Ship to Home - Incur Shipping Charge":
- Shipping address fields appear as usual
- Shipping methods all appear apart from "FREE" - this change is based on spelling of the shipping method, so should this change we will need to be notified
- **Currently: then "Ship to home special" is the only Shipping Method that shows. This is hidden for the other custom data collection options.**

These customizations are based on the CDC spelling/capitalization so if these change we will need to update the code which may be billable.

- If the selected Shipping Address Option is "Distributed to CACU Branch Office - No Shipping Charge", the shipping method is automatically selected as "FREE" and UPS is hidden
